EyeSpy Detectives & Investigators, Co. was organized in 2003 under existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is duly registered at the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). It is licensed by the Philippine National (PNP) Police Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA) under the banner of the PNP Civil Security Group (CSG).

The company was first awarded by the Philippine National Police as the Philippine's Best Private Detective Company in 2007, then consecutively in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. In 2016, it was given the Hall of Fame Award as the Philippines' Best Private Detective company.

It is duly registered and accredited as an importer of forensic, crime-laboratory and investigative products by the Bureau of Customs.

It is the exclusive distributor of Sirchie Fingerprint Laboratories, USA in the Philippines. Sirchie is the world's leading manufacturer of forensic, crimelaboratory and investigative products used by various law-enforcement agencies around the world to include the US Police Departments, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) and the Philippine National Police and National Bureau of Investigation.

It is likewise the exclusive distributor of Stoelting, Co. in the Philippines. Stoelting has been in the business since 1886, and has been making polygraphs since the 1930's. Stoelting has three (3) main divisions - Polygraph, Psychological Test, and Neuro Science. With the three divisions, knowledge from other fields are used to make Stoelting polygraph the best in the market.

It is also an authorized distributor of Radical Instruments, India.

EyeSpy has been the supplier of choice of hundreds of criminology schools around the Philippines for almost two decades now.
